Immigration Documents
USCIS and consulates reject packages for small errors, and a rejection can cost weeks. We help you organize supporting documents, check forms for completeness and arrange notarization of affidavits and declarations. We are not attorneys and do not give immigration legal advice.

Questions
- Can you answer my legal immigration questions?
- We can explain what a form asks for, organize supporting documents and prepare the package. We are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice. For complex cases we refer you to an immigration attorney.
- My document is in another language. Can it still be notarized?
- Yes, if it comes with a translator's certificate of accuracy. We can refer you to a certified translator and have the translator's certificate notarized at the same appointment.
- How do you avoid a USCIS rejection?
- We check each form against USCIS instructions before signing: correct identification, acknowledgment or jurat wording as required, and original seals. Most rejections come from form errors, so we flag those before you submit.
- Can you notarize an Affidavit of Support (Form I-864) in Philadelphia?
- Yes. Form I-864 must be notarized before submission. Appointments anywhere in the Philadelphia area can usually be scheduled within 24 to 48 hours. Bring government-issued photo ID and the completed, unsigned form.
- Do immigration documents always need to be notarized in Pennsylvania?
- Not always. Many supporting documents (affidavits, declarations, consent forms) need a notary; petition forms such as the I-130 and I-485 do not. We review your package at a consultation and flag which pages need a seal.
- Do you meet in person or online?
- Both. We meet in person in Philadelphia and Montgomery, Delaware, Chester and Bucks counties, and by video or phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- How fast do you respond?
- We confirm bookings within the hour, day or night. For something due tomorrow, call (215) 690-1366.
- What does it cost?
- It depends on the matter. Pricing is discussed before you commit.
